Withdrawal Logon Form

This is the form used to place points on a planet from a central bank or investment in industry directly from the bank. If you want to Transfer the resources on a planet from mechs(in point form) to industry in point form, then use the transfer form. This is a figure to illustrate the progression:

From the Bank points can either be placed into industry or placed on a planet. Once points have been placed on a planet they cannot be put back into the main bank and it will now cost to move them. However, at no cost they can be reinvested into industry on a planet that is owned. Currently it takes the investment of 5 points to bring the production of 1 point.
