Be sure to mention in the comments if the planet changed hands or this form accounts for multiple battles and if so, how many. The results form will calculate the results losses for any side that checks the retreat button. Just put in comments that you retreated with no penalty if you did so for no penalty like on a scavenge. The retreat losses are not realized until the council actually processes the confirmed results.
