Free Passage: Giving Movement Priviledges to Other Groups

This form is used to allow you to let other groups to move on your planet. How this is done is placing a point on the planet you own for the group in question. So if they take ALL points on the planet and pick up that point they lose their free passage. So remind them or you would have to fill out this form for further movement across that planet. hehehe

Warning:Giving other groups Free Passage also gives them other benefits like being informed of movements across that planet. When a battle's results are calculated, free passage is cleared.
